In a benchmark deal for high-end Manhattan office properties, RFR Realty has leased two full floors, totaling 33, 000 square feet, at its 375 Park Avenue property to Centerbridge Capital Partners, L.P., a private equity firm.
Following a custom build-out, Centerbridge will occupy its new headquarters at 375 Park Avenue during the first quarter of 2007.
