Noughts and crosses, Xs and Os, Tic-Tac-Toe - whatever you call it, this simple game is known the world over.
And now there's QbicZu, Durban businessman Richard Harman's 3D version.
This locally made toy, played with a transparent cube and 27 little plastic balls, is already in shops and was in this year's running for South African Toy of the Year.
When playing this game, Harman said people had to be able to wrap their minds around the fact that it was played in three dimensions.
