Nov. 30--Albert P. Funk Jr., former president, CEO and chairman of LaCrosse Rubber Mills, is being remembered as a gentleman who cared about his family, company and community. Funk, of La Crosse, died Sunday at age 87. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph the Workman Cathedral. Visitation will be at the cathedral from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service Sunday. Jandt Funeral Home in La Crosse is in charge of arrangements.
