Nov. 30--Homeowners in three Pennridge area municipalities could be hit with tax hikes next year, in part because of the rising price of improving roads. Supervisors in East Rockhill and West Rockhill townships and Sellersville Borough Council all are considering property tax increases as part of their 2007 spending plans. East Rockhill residents also will see the tax on their earned income double to help finance what the township manager is calling an ambitious open-space preservation program.
