Dec. 3--Bellows Falls Union High School and Springfield High School did not make adequate yearly progress in tests from spring 2006, according to a report the Vermont Department of Education released Friday.
Adequate yearly progress is one of the yardsticks of the federal No Child Left Behind Act, passed in 2002.
Both on the list before, the schools didn't show improvement on their test scores from the New Standard Reference Exam.
