Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered a 13-year, 2,000 s/f office lease expansion at 1071 Avenue of the Americas for Training Camp Inc., a New York-based shoe store with an extensive celebrity and large following in the hip-hop world.
Training Camp Inc. carries a wide range of shoe brands and styles, including hard-to-find brands such as Phat Farm and Royal Elastics. Frequent clients include Puff Daddy, Jay-Z, Cappadonna and Ghostface Killah of Wu-Tang Clan.
