Mega Uranium is an exploration company with a focus on uranium exploration and development. The company's scope is worldwide and includes uranium prospective ground in Australia, Argentina, Mongolia, Bolivia, Africa and Canada. In January 2005, Mega Uranium agreed to acquire a 100 per cent interest in Uranium Mineral Ventures, which has an option to acquire the Ben Lomond uranium deposit in Queensland, Australia. The Ben Lomond deposit is a NI 43-101 compliant resource of 10.7 million pounds of uranium oxide. In May 2005, Mega Uranium acquired the Patagonia Uranium Project in the Chubut Province of Argentina.
