NASA plans to set up base on Moon, Ukraine among potential partners

Washington, December 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) - The U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) says it plans to start work on a base for astronauts on the Moon by around 2020, the Washington Post newspaper reported on Tuesday.
