Let's hope Santa's been pumping some serious iron or he'll never be able to lift this year's bag of cookbooks. Continuing a trend that began last year, some of the biggest names in new cookbooks - Bon Appetit, Joy of Cooking, The Professional Chef - are weighing in at 5, 6, even 7 pounds.
