Community colleges exist to support the local community, including employers and residents. Community colleges are there to not only provide quality job and career training for their students, but to also provide qualified employees to the employers and the workforce in general. Community colleges need to work closely with local employers to ensure the students are receiving relevant, appropriate and up-to-date training that will benefit them in the long run.
