Moos appreciated by OSAA
Oregon School Activities Association executive director Tom Welter was surprised on Sunday when he heard that Oregon athletic director Bill Moos was planning to resign, but Welter said he hopes to keep a strong bond between his organization and the Ducks.
"Whoever his successor is, I hope we continue to have a good relationship between the university and high schools in the state of Oregon," Welter said.
