Dec. 6--Fidelity Associates' idea of personal service: When a pipe burst and flooded a client's Spokane home years ago, Scott Jones, now company president and CEO, showed up in person to reassure the homeowner and jump start the cleaning -- despite the fact it was 2 a.m.
