NEW YORK - Yes, said Toni Lewis, as she caught a quick dinner on the run at McDonald's before her daughter's piano lesson. Maybe it IS an intrusion for New York City to tell people what they can and can't put into their stomachs. But you know what? It's a welcome one. "This is New York," she said. "People eat out a lot.
