The eThekwini Municipality is planning to focus on children separated from their parents during the festive season when more than a million people are expected to flood Durban and its beachfront.
The city also plans to |ban night-time swimming and |to enforce general water |regulations.
This was announced at the launch of the city's festive season management plan at Suncoast Casino and Entertainment World yesterday.
