Deputy PM suggests India use debt funds to realize several joint projects
DELHI. Dec 8 (Interfax) - Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov has suggested that India use debt funds to carry out a number of joint projects on Indian territory with Russia.
"The first such project could be the creation of a joint venture to produce titanium dioxide in the state of Orissa on the basis of a separate agreement with the participation of Russia's Tekhnokhim Holding" Zhukov said on Friday at the twelfth session ...
