Here come those damned David Lynch rabbits again.

For Lynch fans, and the most fervent may be likened to a cult for this often innovative and visionary filmmaker, "Inland Empire" is the epic of their dreams. Like late-period Federico Fellini, Lynch's magnum opus is a self-indulgent series of elegant, seemingly endless riffs on his own trademark style.

"Inland Empire" begins as a coherent, menacing drama with characters that seem real and a situation that promises to become one of the greatest vampire movies ever made.
