WASHINGTON _ Sen. Barack Obama inches a step closer to a 2008 presidential bid Sunday as he lands in New Hampshire to headline a Democratic election victory party.
Even before his visit to the Granite State was set, Obama, D-Ill., had already begun calling key party activists and elected officials there, introducing himself and sowing political seeds in a state that will host the nation's first presidential primary just a little over a year from now.
