Dec. 10--LEESBURG -- A legal dogfight between competing chapters of a flying charity could force Leesburg-based Angel Flight Southeast to restrict fundraising missions to Florida. Lawyers for the Florida organization, which provides free air transportation for medically and financially needy people, asked a federal judge in Atlanta last week to reconsider his ruling directing it to fly clear of the "Angel Flight" name in most Southern states.
