WHEN Topshop boss Sir Philip Green signed up Kate Moss to design her own collection for a reported [pounds sterling]3million fee, it was called a major publicity coup.
But far from slaving away at the drawing board to come up with her own cutting-edge clothes, the 32-year-old supermodel has employed her best friend Katy England to do the work for her.
England, 40, is the acclaimed creative director of the Alexander McQueen fashion label and fashion director of Another Magazine, and is married to Primal Scream frontman Bobby Gillespie.
