Article: Vive Les Deals! France Prices Two.(Ciments Francais S.A., Bollore S.A.)

The two French deals that hit the market last month, one for Bollore S.A. and the other for Ciments Francais - priced last week, sources said.

Calyon and HSBC Securities, were the agents on an upsized $300 million deal for Ciments Francais, a cement, aggregates and ready-mix concrete producer, market sources said.

Originally looking for $200 million, the deal priced in 12- and 15-year bullets, split equally into $150 million tranches. The former priced at 130 basis points over Treasurys while the latter priced at 140 basis points over the same benchmark, market sources said.
