Dec. 7--FREDERICK -- Pat Schoonover often wears a tiny brassiere-shaped pin on a gold chain around her neck.

The necklace makes a great ice-breaker, said the petite woman of 70. It also gives her a chance to talk about her job -- helping women find the perfectly-sized bra.

"A good 85 percent of women are not wearing the correct bra," Ms. Schoonover said as she sat in her basement turned into dressing room and sewing studio.

The garment industry as a whole doesn't make enough variations, she said.
