Investment banking firm Gleacher & Company and Argentinean petroleum company YPF have signed leases at 660 Madison Avenue, becoming the first to sign on for space at Manhattan's newest office tower, announced Barry Gosin, CEO of Newmark & Company Real Estate, the tower's Exclusive Leasing and Managing Agent.
