NEW ORLEANS, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Volunteers of America and the Major League Baseball Players Trust teamed up today to address the need for positive enrichment programs for at-risk children in grades K-8 in New Orleans, most of which were disrupted following the devastating hurricanes in 2005.
