Dec. 13--Freddy Garcia and the Phillies are happy, and they hope to be even cheerier come October. The Phillies last week traded Gio Gonzalez and Gavin Floyd to the Chicago White Sox for Garcia, who solidifies a rotation that is expected to include Brett Myers, Cole Hamels, Jamie Moyer and Adam Eaton. "New things are good," Garcia said yesterday in a teleconference from Venezuela. "I didn't really know where I was going. But I'm really happy to go to Philadelphia.
