Morden is pleased to announce the signing of a binding Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of the shares of The World Series of Golf, Inc., subject to undisclosed terms and conditions. The World Series of Golf, Inc. is a sports and entertainment event company that operates high stakes golf tournaments under the banner of its registered trademarks and patent-pending method of play.
