Dec. 11--For those in the community asking what the heck a "new tech high school" is, there's a forum Tuesday with your name on it.
An informational session with representatives of the New Tech Foundation -- the nonprofit group working to reform U.S. education with schools modeled after the New Technology High School in Napa, Calif. -- will start at 7 p.m. in the Bloomington High School South auditorium.
