July 15--It was unusually warm in a frigid winter. It was cooler than expected in the spring. Now, in the blazing sun of summer, when tradition said it should be cool, the South Jersey real estate market has been simmering.
"We've had this 8-year-old rancher in Cherry Hill on the market since early May," said Beth DelBiondo, an agent with Prudential Preferred Properties in Cherry Hill, N.J. "We showed it, but there wasn't a nibble. Then, summer arrives, and the first week, we get three offers. And there are indications we may get a fourth."
