Dec. 16--A day after New Jersey's Legislature passed a civil-union bill for same-sex couples, the Garden State's gay-wedding industry hadn't quite blossomed. Same-sex unions could bring as much as $100 million in tourism and wedding industry revenue to the state, according to one estimate. And a leading Jersey gay-rights group plans to use the legislation in a marketing drive to woo couples from Pennsylvania.
