Dec. 16--A poor-shooting first half by the St. Joseph Lady Flyers was all the El Campo Ladybirds needed to roll to a 43-32 win Friday night at the Victoria College gym. "I'm really disappointed in the way we played tonight," St. Joseph coach Carrie Myers said. "We just didn't come out ready to play tonight. The Lady Flyers (9-7) had some good looks at the basket early on but couldn't get anything to fall in. They got off 12 shots and made eight trips to the free throw line in the first quarter, but only had 4 points to show for it.
