Dec. 16--MILFORD -- The parents of disabled children are being surveyed on what recreation programs the city could develop to include the children in youth sports. Kathy Radziunas, a certified therapeutic recreation specialist, will use the information to design programs that will better meet the needs of physically and mentally disabled young residents, officials said Tuesday. The consultant is being hired with a grant from the Milford Collaborative, an umbrella group of service providers to children.
