In response to the comment of Max du Preez published in The Star on Thursday, December 7 2006 under the heading "Our party deck could use a total reshuffle", I wish to respond as follows:
Du Preez attempts to predict future political alliances and support trends using his personal opinion with little consideration for the facts.
He focuses his personal opinion on mainly the ANC, DA and FF Plus and in a one-sentence sweeping statement presented as fact that "the more progressive Nadeco and the ANC (are) eating away at (IFP) support".
Du Preez's scant remark about the second largest black political party in our country shows that he is incapable of even attempting ...
