Dec. 16--When children sing about dreidels during the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah, a traditional song describes the little toy as made from clay. Nowadays, the four-sided spinning tops are toys often made from plastic.

But collectible dreidels (pronounced DRAY-dle) are crafted from wood, metal, porcelain, silver and even ceramic.
