Dec. 19--Ralph Sanese Jr. is a tough guy to reach this time of year.

The Christmas season is hectic for his family's business, Sanese Services Inc., especially considering the large number of corporate parties the company is catering. He likes to be on the scene for as many of these big events as possible, especially those of major customers.
