To some, the raspy grinding emitted from work stations across the land is as welcome as fingernails on a blackboard.
But Marilee King, the new owner of Zap! Courier Services in Albany says, "It doesn't bother me because I think of the noise as dollar signs."
King's three fax-for-hire machines whir away all day long at $3 per page.
