No arm-twisting was needed here. Ken Green, owner of Bruegger's Bagel Bakery shops, was glad to accommodate your request.
For starters, you'll need a cookie sheet about 2-feet-by-3-feet in size, a pound of butter and five cups of flour, if you follow his instructions to a T. But if you cut the recipe by a half or a third, Green says he can't promise the cookies you make will taste like his.
