The winding waters of the Willowemoc flow down from Roscoe into Livingston Manor, pausing somewhat along Buck Eddy, Hazel Bridge Pool and Sherwood Flats.
But before leaving the special no-kill section where fishing with live bait is prohibited, they flow under a bridge and into an area known as Van Akens Pool. This is where you're likely to find people like Joan and Lee Wulff, Dave Whitlock or Joe Humphreys casting a dry fly.
