If location is the surest route to success, as the restaurant industry folks continually say, the handsome white bungalow at the junction of Menands and Schuyler roads here should be humming like a top.
Instead, after going from the Manor to the Smith House to Vittles & Grog to Montego Bay to the Loudon House - and each incarnation costing a fortune in decor and cuisine changes - it's trying once more, this time as O'Flaherty's.
Eighteen months after its Irish music and pub fare began drawing crowds, O'Flaherty's opened its dining room for dinner - continental with nouvelle/California overtones.
