David S. Nealon, 4 Maple Ave., will be installed as the new exalted ruler of the Troy Lodge of Elks No. 141, at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 1 at a dinner meeting at the lodge in North Greenbush. He succeeds Daniel Desautels.
Currently serving as associate counsel of the State Legislative Bill Drafting Commission, he was a member of the law firm of Nealon and Pohl in Albany.
After receiving his bachelor of arts at the State Univesity College at Oswego in 1972, he went to St. John's University School of Law, winning prizes in American Jurisprudence in Real Property and Evidence. He then followed up with graduate law work in criminal justice first at New York ...
