(Nasdaq: WEBM), a leading business integration and optimization software company, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Ken Sexton as Chief Financial Officer of the company effective January 2, 2007. Mr. Sexton also was appointed Executive Vice President and Treasurer and designated as the principal financial officer of webMethods.
