The Rev. Al Sharpton, wearing a black "anti- Klan" robe, led about 200 protesters in a peaceful march Saturday afternoon through this quaint Saratoga County village sullied by religious and racial controversy.
The portly preacher and eight busloads of supporters from New York City shouted their trademark "No Justice, No Peace" slogan in a looping march that began and ended at Fort Hardy Town Park.
The protesters largely ignored a crowd State Police estimated at between 800 and 1,200 who lined the streets of the tiny village.
