Dec. 20--San Diego's emergence as a Super Bowl contender was rewarded with -- or further documented by -- a franchise-record nine selections to the Pro Bowl. And two first-year starting quarterbacks will have their seasons punctuated by trips to Hawaii. The Chargers' Philip Rivers and Dallas' Tony Romo were among the six Pro Bowl QBs picked by a combination of fan, player and coach voting. Rivers joins Peyton Manning and Carson Palmer on the AFC squad and Romo teams with Drew Brees and Marc Bulger in the NFC.
