NEW YORK - Holly Dunlap has found the match of her dreams.
More than a year after seling a minority stake in the high-end brand she started seven years ago, Hollywould Inc. founder Dunlap agreed last week to sell the brand to St. Louis-based sportswear manufacturer Kellwood Co.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but one analyst pegged the purchase price at $5 million to $10 million.
With an eye toward retail expansion and a short-term focus on developing Hollywould's core competencies, which includes shoes, apparel and handbags, Dunlap said Kellwood was the right match because it "understands ...
