When bands such as Johnney D. & the Demons
rock at a neighborhood bar on 23rd Street, so do several nearby houses.
"Windows rattle. My bed vibrates," said one woman who lives two doors down from the bar, known as Reggie's. "It's so loud it's unreal."
Her sister, who lives even closer, wears earplugs to bed. "It sounds like the band is in my bedroom," she said.
Both women and a third family member refused to give their names for fear that patrons of the local watering hole might harass them or damage their property.
Reggie's has been a constant source of irritation for residents ...
