Dec. 20--OCEANSIDE -- Proposition T, Tri-City Medical Center's failed $600 million construction and renovation bond, won only 19 of 187 precincts in Oceanside, Carlsbad and Vista, according to records on file with the county registrar of voters office.
Results show that most of the precincts where Prop. T passed are clustered around the hospital's main campus at Vista Way and Thunder Drive in Oceanside.
"I guess that isn't surprising," said Vickie Monahan, a Carlsbad banker who also chaired the Yes on T committee campaigning for the bond measure.
