Dec. 20--Scandalous videos and battery-operated body parts can still go on sale in Stafford.
But merchandisers making money off those items are restricted to certain parts of the county. And they'll need permits.
Supervisors voted unanimously last night to install the rules. But their decision, they say, is just the beginning of county efforts.
Board members sympathized with residents, who said during the public hearing that the ordinance was not strict enough.
