Dec. 20--Your holiday eating plan is familiar: Eat all you want because Christmas comes only once a year, and then start the diet in the new year. You could, however, put a new twist on that holiday menu by watching the oils, fats, butters and sugars, and then you will already be a step ahead on your healthy new year game plan when 2007 arrives.
