The League of Women Voters has gone the way of some others who have found life in New York City just too expensive. It has moved to Albany.
The New York chapter of the nationwide voting-rights lobbying group has given up its Union Square office in Manhattan and relocated its main office to a renovated brownstone on Maiden Lane in downtown Albany.
