In an apparent investigation of Police Chief James J. Dolan Jr. and the activities of the Hudson Police Department, District Attorney Paul Czajka has subpoenaed Dolan's records on 86 people, ranging from a to county court judge to a man convicted of attempted usury.
In a subpoena released by Dolan Thursday, the chief is ordered to appear before a Columbia County grand jury at 10 a.m. Wednesday April 18 with departmental records and his personal records on the people listed.
The list includes Dolan's friends as well as well-publicized enemies. When read the names of those on the list, ...
