Nicaragua alleged Tuesday that U.S. troops had searched the residence of several of its diplomats in the Panamanian capital,calling it a "second invasion" of its diplomatic residences.
On Sunday, President Bush apologized for an intrusion by U.S. troops last week into the residence of the Nicaraguan ambassador to Panama. Tuesday, U.S. officials said they were looking into the newest Nicaraguan complaint.
