The rules when you're with Dick Clark:
(1) He faces the wall. Nine out of 10 people in this country recognize Dick Clark. Dick Clark tells you that. He doesn't have to tell you that at least that many feel they have a right to interrupt him when he's eating.
(2) He gets photographed exactly as he says. No close-ups, no shotsfrom below. Dick is 60. Dorian Gray can explain if that fact doesn't.
